The Charitable Donation Scheme allows tax relief on qualifying donations made to eligible charities and approved bodies. If an individual makes a donation of over €250 in the year, the charity or approved body can claim a refund of tax paid on that donation by the donor. Under this scheme a charity can claim the refund for the most recent four year period.
If you have made a donation €250 or more in one calendar year, you can help Aware to claim tax relief on your donation. Making your kindness go even further towards helping us deliver free services and educational programmes that support and inform people who are experiencing depression and bipolar disorder, and their loved ones.
If have generously donated more than €250, please sign and return a CHY4 Certificate to our offices at Aware, 9 Leeson Street Upper, Dublin 4. If you have any questions about the Tax Back Scheme or require a CHY4 Certificate by post, please get in touch fundraising@aware.ie.
Thank you for your generous support.
